Strategies And Countermeasures Research, Expand And Deepen Agricultural Cooperation Between China And Russia

Agricultural cooperation between China and Russia began in the late 50 's, which included exchange of resources, personnel exchanges, agricultural research, and so on. In recent years, with the deepening Sino-Russian strategic cooperative partnership between the two countries and the increasing development of Sino-Russian economic and trade relation, agricultural trade and economic relation between China and Russia have heated up. But,comparing with agricultural potential and economic strength, the development of agriculture in current Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation should be further improved .Therefore strengthening agricultural cooperation between China and Russia is in more conducive to accelerating the development of Sino-Russian economic and trade relations, which could bring the bilateral economic and trade cooperation to a new height.In the background of economic globalization and Russia trying to actively join the World Trade Organization , my paper researches on strategies and measures to expand and deepen the agricultural cooperation between Russia and China. Full text of the main structure is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is to analyze status and development potential in the agricultural cooperation between the Russia and China according to plenty of statistical charts. Chapter 2 the economic and social effects come with the two countries ' agricultural cooperation . Chapter 3 I bring up that cooperative exploitation in the border of Russia and China is the best choice ,which is proved by the analysis on the problem of the agricultural cooperation between Russia and China. Chapter 4 mainly through the previous analysis to identify the difficulties and obstacles in the Russian cooperation in agriculture.
