Life-time employment system, the seniority system and the trade union system are the most important features in big enterprise's labor relations. Japan's unique culture background as a foundation, plus the life-time employment system, the seniority system and the trade union system in the height of the business enterprise inside union system, the big enterprise complementary relations towards a harmonious road to development. So the Japan large scale enterprise in continually expanding after the second word war, enterprise competitiveness has also been enhanced, make Japan big enterprises get unprecedented development. But in the 1970s, under the influence of the economic crisis that traditional Japanese labor relations towards unrest and adjustment period.
