As an important factor to influence the adjustment of industrial structure, Industrial migration has become the key point to drive the fast development of Henan's economy. Based on the above, based on a review of existing researches, first analysis of the industrial transfer and regional interaction between the industrial structure adjustment mechanism. On this basis, the Henan Province as the research object, in-depth analysis of its low level of industrial structure,inefficient structure, and with the industry index gradient coefficient of the status of the province's industrial undertaking to do a quantitative judgments, we can consider selecting color,food,electricity,chemicals,equipment manufacturing,textile,real estate,tourism,wholesale and retail industries to undertake as an industry focus. Needless to say, industrial transfer abroad of Henan Province for one,two,three times the adjustment of industry and its internal structure has a positive meaning, the effect of the construction embodied in the make up for lack of funds, and promote the introduction of advanced technology, and rising investment levels and other aspects. Of course, Henan need to continue to play their own advantages and expand into the source of industry,strengthening the urban construction of economic zone and industrial zone,give full play to enterprises in the industrial gradient transfer the role of subjectivity in a positive way and promote the province to undertake the transfer of industries further rationalization of industrial structure and high-class.
