Analysis On Commercial Bank Of China About Corporate Culture

The corporate culture is a value which is believed in and is put into practice by the enterprises. In other words, the enterprise believes in this value and tries his best to use to this value in the practice. The corporate culture of commercial bank is associated with the bank growth, and at the same time, its role of core competitive has attracted more and more people to pay attention. Especially after the China joined WTO and foreign bank enjoyed national treatment, the Chinese commercial bank will face more fierce competition. So only do we establish the advanced corporate culture which conforms to China's national conditions under the modern financial enterprise system, our banks will never fail in competition.Through reading the large number of literature, this paper gave the culture, enterprise culture, and commercial bank corporate culture on conception and feature definition, and analysis the construction Status of Chinese commercial bank corporate culture and misunderstanding, and analysis the advanced corporate culture both in China and abroad, then put forward some suggestions on spirit culture, institutional culture, behavior culture and material cultural. I hope that is suitable for China on the construction of the bank corporate culture and play a role in enhancing the competitiveness of the banking market.
