With the rapid development of market economy and the incessant growth of enterprise economic scale, the significance of strategy management and implementation ability to the enterprise sustainable development is increasingly prominent. As a mainly implementary body, the job performance of middle-level governor directly affects the implementary result of enterprise strategy targets. The performance evaluation system of middle-level governor is a important content and a key constituent of human resources management. How to ameliorate it so as to prompting their enthusiasm and creativity is a very important question for discussion for enterprises, especially for stated-owned enterprises.This thesis make the research focal points on C enterprise which is subordinate to the CASC(China Aerospace Corporation),adopting the research method that combine theory with demonstration, study its middle -level governor performance evaluation method systemically, analyze its outstanding problem in-depth and explore its roots roundly. On this basis, bring forward amelioration blueprint of it which aim at establishing scientific, roundly and effective evaluation method. This thesis consists of six parts, the first elucidate the research background, significance and method, the second introduce the relating theory at home and abroad, the third roundly analyze the status in quo and problem of middle-level governor performance evaluation method of C enterprise, the forth and fifth recite its fundamental structure and primary content and specific implement process. This thesis has a down-to-earth guiding function to the middle-level governor performance evaluation work of C enterprise, at the same time, wish other enterprise especially stated-owned enterprise can make use of it in their personnel management work.
