Study On Agricultural Industrialization Development In Undeveloped Areas

Agricultural industrialization is an innovation of traditional peasant household model, which organizes agricultural production and management on the method of the management in modern industry. Agricultural industrialization is the inevitable result of deep development of reform of agriculture system and the process of agricultural marketization, the objective requirement of development of Chinese agriculture productivity and improvement of agricultural economy efficiency and an important way to increase peasants'income.At home and abroad, researchers on agricultural industrialization often focus on the benefits and ways of agricultural industrialization. So it will be uncommon way that developed areas and comparative undeveloped areas are anglicized and compared to find out the reasons why underdeveloped areas are lagging of other areas in agricultural industrialization development and to put forward some countermeasures which help the underdeveloped areas to develop agricultural industrialization.Weifang in Shandong Province and Lu'an in Anhui used to be originally underdeveloped areas, but Weifang took the lead in the development of agricultural industrialization, which led to the rapid development of the Weifang even the whole rural economy. However, Lu'an stopped advancing in the development of agricultural industrialization, and the best period of the adjustment of agricultural economic structure was missed.And it will be a long period to span to agricultural strong city from agricultural big city. This paper adopts the comparative method, and agricultural gap will be found out, some reasons will be analyzed, and some countermeasures will be put forward to help the undeveloped areas to accelerate agriculture industrialization development.The gap of agriculture industrialization in Weifang and Lu'an will be mainly anal sized and compared based on the research of many scholars, supported by economics theory. Also experiences of agricultural industrialization development of Weifang and how to accelerate the agricultural industrialization development of underdeveloped areas such as Lu'an will be focused on further in the article.In this article, firstly, background, significance and methods of research, and some interrelated thesis about agricultural industrialization will be given out, which concerns on system economics, institutional economics, agricultural ecology, division of labor and some main ideas in agriculture. Secondly, the main causes why underdeveloped areas are lagging of other areas will come out based on analysis of the basic situation of the two cities. And the four causes include the government's less focus on agriculture development, unreasonable adjustment of agricultural structure, missed opportunity of agricultural industrialization development and lack of, a number of leading roles that can become rich. Thirdly, some main advantages of agricultural industrialization will be deeply discussed that exists in the less developed areas like Lu'an. The countermeasures contain that we must strengthen support power of government, cultivate some leading enterprises, build up industrial clusters of agricultural production, and speed up the structure of Industry Park. In the last, the development of agricultural industrialization in less developed areas should rely on local resources, exploit their advantages to the full, and avoid their disadvantages and choice a characteristic way in conclusion.
