In 2009. Jiangxi Province started to implement the "SIX ONE" technology innovation project in 2009, and concentrated ten high-tech industries. In recent years, the high-tech industries have rapid development, and initially take electronic information, aerospace, optical electromechanical integration, bio-pharmaceuticals and medical devices, new materials as the high-tech industries. At the end of June, 2011, the Gross Industrial Value of 1259 high-tech enterprises above designated size reached 177.91 billion, account for 8.92% of GDP. Gross industrial output value of high-tech industry of Jiangxi rapidly developed, at the same time, it is necessary to develop a comprehensive evaluation system of innovation efficiency and security measures, and to improve the innovation efficiency of high-tech industry.Based on enhancing the innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in Jiangxi Province, by describing the domestic and foreign high-tech industry development and innovation efficiency research, and combination of high-tech industry development and its characteristics in Jiangxi province, this thesis constructed the innovation efficiency evaluation system of high-tech industry based on input-output. The overall efficiency, technology efficiency and scale efficiency of Jiangxi province high-tech industry in 2009 have been evaluated based on input-output BCC model, and the improving measures and direction of the inefficient decision-making units are put forward. The industry correlation of high-tech industry of Jiangxi province in 2007 is analyzed by input-output analysis method, and the new material is considered as the highest correlation high-tech industry in Jiangxi province. Finally, according to the situation of innovation efficiency of Jiangxi's high-tech industry, the suggestion improving the innovation efficiency of Jiangxi province is put forward from core industry development, eco-industry development, input reconstruction, industry scale enlarging and high-tech talent training respectively.
