A Comparative Study On The Development Of Jilu High-tech Industry

The level of high-tech industry development is an important indicator of the comprehensive strength of a country or region.It has become a breakthrough and a new growth point for countries or regions to adjust their industrial structure and transform their economic development methods.To this end,countries or regions are constantly adjusting their science and technology policies to promote the development of high-tech industries in their own countries or regions and compete for the commanding heights of future technology.Under this background,Hebei Province has made some achievements in the development of high-tech industries,but it is still relatively backward compared with Shandong,which is also in the Bohai Economic Zone.It is of great significance for Hebei to take effective measures to promote the development of high-tech industry if it can be compared with Shandong from the perspective of industrial association.On the basis of referring to the literature research on the development of high-tech industries at home and abroad,this paper introduces the high-tech industry and input-output correlation theory,combined with the relevant data in the China High-Tech Industry Statistical Yearbook The status quo was analyzed.The second is to combine the input-output table compiled by Jilu in 2015,scientifically classify the input-output sectors,and construct an input-output model reflecting the high-tech industry in Jilu.The third is based on the constructed model,which systematically reveals the correlation characteristics of the high-tech industries in Hebei and Shandong,including the quantity dependence,distribution and use status,the nature of the industry type,the industrial correlation effect,and the final demand of the high-tech industry.Aspects.Fourth,through comparative research,it was found that the growth of high-tech industries in Hebei Province was mainly achieved through the production-induced effects of consumption.There were problems such as low overall level of high-tech industries,weak technological innovation capabilities,unreasonable distribution of industrial structure,and serious shortage of external demand.The industrial structure of Shandong is similar to that of Hebei,but its growth is based on the premise offull-sale pull with the focus on exports.Finally,it is proposed that Hebei should strengthen policy guidance,increase investment in technological innovation,improve product export structure,expand export scope,optimize industrial structure,and promote countermeasures for the rapid development of high-tech industries.
