In the 21st century, the enterprise regards human resource as the most important resource. Human resource is the most vital and motile of all the resources which determine the development of the enterprise. Enterprise training is an important way to cultivate excellent human resource. America has been acted as the leading role in employees training in the world, its training concepts, training models, training systems as well as other aspects are all worth us learning.The article defined the study of employee training into the America's large retail enterprise, along with the retail enterprise's features, stressed the training transformation and outlined the training system of America's large retail enterprise. This system includes five big parts: developmental system, training system, training performance transformation system, training supporting system and training evaluation system. Second, according to the study of America's large retail enterprise training, the author summarized the characteristics of its training and took Wal-Mart as an example to show how the five systems worded. Finally, the article gave a comparison of enterprise training between America's retail company and domestic retail company, and then put forward some reasonable proposals for our training work.
