Technical workers are the most important production contributors in our electric company because our first priority is to assure the safety and stability of the delivery of electricity to each household.The rapidly growing need for electrical power along with new innovations in electronic products has made the infrastructure much more complex. However the S electric company has had negative growth in its labor force. This is due greatly to the provincial headquarters policy of labor reduction.Due to the aforementioned situations there is a great need to recognize the need and potential of our employees, improving their skill level, making the best use of the current employees instead of hiring more.Electricity business is responsible for electricity generation such as a power station, electric power transmission, electricity distribution and electricity retailing.. Therefore, we have a great many responsibilities, that requires more than 20 types of jobs (for example), repairing, operating, dispatching, marketing, and more. Each job requires a different skill, so we need to provide our employees with different trainings.Based on the importance of a corporation training program mentioned earlier, we hereby compose this article to study the unifying training system of S corporation.We have studied the business growth of S Corp., the company structure of employees, the conflict between the contemporary training systems and traditional training pattern, and employee's self-studies. Furthermore we have analyzed the electric business position structure, requirements for each position, the ability and working contribution of employees and have created a chart to better design the training program. In addition, we can improve the efficiency of training patterns by creating a cell module training program. At that point employees can take the proper training courses that meet their actual needs. Meanwhile, we shall design a reasonable training schedule so that employees won't miss their jobs while taking the training courses.The points of innovation of this article are as follows; 1,Through P-CMM human resource evaluation tool, we can analyze and diagnose the current status and things that need to be improved of S corporation and to come up with the best solution,2,Based on the real business situation of S corporation,( we can create a chart indicating the busiest hours, days of the company so that we would not have) We can analyze the conflict between work and study by creating a chart which indicates the peaks and bottoms of working hours, and make annual training requirements and plans accordingly. Hence, employees missing their jobs while taking their training courses.3,Use the model of ability-quality for reference and category types of jobs in S Corporation according to different skilled required, and thus create charts of those requirement.4,Based on the analysis of job requirements, segment each training program in modules. Establish training units and form a training system accordingly.
