The Impact Of Rural Finance On Agricultural Supply-side Structural Reform

Since the concept of agricultural supply-side structural reform was first put forward in 2015,the whole country has further focused on agriculture,countryside and farmers,and agricultural development.The Nineteenth National People's Congress of the Party in 2018 has taken the active promotion of agricultural supply-side structural reform as the main task of current development.Rural finance is one of the factors that affect the structural reform of agricultural supply side.The function and function of rural finance is to promote rural development,but how to better lead the function of rural finance to agriculture,to structural reform of agricultural supply side,and to analyze how rural finance affects the development of structural reform of agricultural supply side,which will promote the development of rural finance itself and guide agriculture under the background of structural reform of agricultural supply side.It is significant for village finance to accelerate the development of rural economy and further promote the structural reform of agricultural supply side.Based on the development of Jiangsu Province,this paper first expounds some theoretical explanations of the current scholars on the structural reform of the agricultural supply side,defines the background,content and obstacles of the structural reform of the agricultural supply side in detail,and points out the problems in the development of rural finance under the background of the structural reform of the agricultural supply side as well as the main problems in the reform of the rural financial supply side.Tasks and innovative approaches are also explained.Secondly,it analyses the mechanism and effect of Rural Finance on the structural reform of agricultural supply side,and studies the promoting effect of rural finance from the specific perspective of Jiangsu Province,combining with the current situation of rural finance and agricultural supply side structural reform and development in Jiangsu Province.Finally,the development level of agricultural supply-side structural reform in Jiangsu Province is measured by factor analysis method.Then the VECM model is used to study and analyze the impact of rural financial development scale and rural financial efficiency on agricultural supply-side structural reform in Jiangsu Province.The empirical results show that both rural financial development scale and rural financial efficiency in Jiangsu Province have impact on agricultural supply-side structural reform.The development of structural reform has a certain role in promoting,so we should further improve the rural financial system,guide rural financial institutions to further increase financial support for agriculture,build a reasonable agricultural credit policy,and promote the structural reform of agricultural supply side.
