Talent evaluation is the use of advanced science and technology and means of knowledge of all kinds of talents, abilities and tendencies, work skills, the development potential of real-time evaluation of personnel management activities. University is a national institution of higher education, providing Comprehensive teaching and researching conditions and issuing the degree certificates. It is the Critical period of transition from school to the community. In recent years, employment of college students become more critical, at the same time, many enterprises that recruit pressure, very difficult to find the right person, so that the recruitment cost becomes higher and higher. Therefore, we have to consider the matching problem that the talents training and employment needs, that is, enterprises and universities for talent evaluation model to choose whether to match.Through this research, we expect to draw the following results:First of all, based on the competency mode, behavioral examples through personnel interviews, open interviews, etc. the author draw the conclusion that universities and companies for the main dimensions of competency of the college students, form encoding dictionary of competence character, and carry on the questionnaire about the college students' competence characteristics.Secondly, compared universities with enterprises'attention on all the dimensions of competency for students, analyze and conclude their emphasis' different.Finally, the analysis the emphasis differences between them, emerged from the discussions of the reasons for the differences, and analysis of college students come to school-enterprise differences in talent evaluation mode for school-enterprise of inspiration, to provide reference for enterprises and universities.The research methods of this study are different. From Behavioral Event Interview, Open interview, etc, we get the dictionary of the college competent feature, and the dictionary was compiled after screening, formed" College Students' competency questionnaire". We used the" College Students' competency questionnaire" in a small range to do a pre-research, and testing for reliability and validity. After the testing passed, the universities and enterprises of different groups of people to a questionnaire survey; based on the use of SPSS software to analyze the questionnaire results. and the descriptive statistics and statistical divisions and other groups come to the distribution of questionnaires, to study the sample selections' scientific nature. Data by different groups of parametric teats to examine college students and enterprises for the various dimensions of the different options, and then the next step analysis.Through this study, the following results were obtained.First is he formation of the'Students Competency Indicators" and the preparation of the 'Students Competency Questionnaire'.Secondly, through questionnaires and SPSS software analyzing, people's talent evaluate differences between school and enterprise is in the following areas.1:College and enterprises for the content of the student competence characteristics are very different. Several of which have significant differences:the breadth of knowledge, professional practice ability, to comply with the professional ethics, analysis and problem solving skills, adaptability, global awareness and social consciousness, sense of innovation and ability, and tenacity.University researchers think that the three most important points of the college students' competence characteristics are complying with professional ethics, self awareness and sense of innovation and. And the three least important points are breadth of knowledge, analysis and problem solving skills, marketing ability. University researchers that comply with professional ethics, global awareness and social consciousness, sense of innovation and ability, tenacity and other students competency are significantly higher than enterprise persons.The enterprise personnel think that the three most important points of the college students' competence characteristics is the team cooperation ability, self awareness, professional practice ability. And the three least important is marketing ability, leadership, global awareness and social consciousness. The enterprise personnel think that importance of college students' competence characteristics of breadth of knowledge, professional practice ability, analysis and problem solving skills, adaptability, is significantly higher than that of personnel of colleges and universities.2:The dimensions of enterprise understand the importance of knowledge than university researchers. But on the understanding of other characteristics of university researchers is higher than the enterprise. But there is no obvious regularity about the skill and the ability.Finally, sum up the above conclusions, this paper has analyzed and discussed the reasons of the phenomenon, and respectively proposed recommendations for enterprises and universities.
