The person is the essence of the enterprise core competitiveness, which play a role through the" people" in different positions Each staff will directly influence an enterprise's competitive ability. The incentives are an important content in modern enterprise management, which role is to resolve how the employees in different positions exert the enthusiasm and creativity maximally. So a company can not only attract and keep the talent, but also explore the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of the talent .As a result ,the company make a good performance and keep the competition in the market.This paper found the existing material and non-material incentive of employee dissatisfaction with some aspects, through P Corporation tobacco Station staff existing incentive status survey and questionnaire analysis. So the paper combined with human resource management and incentive theory of knowledge, analyzed, the root of the problem, and provided the original excitation system proposed measures for its improvement.According to the material and non-material incentive combination, long-term goal and short-term incentive combination, open and fair, personalization and the principle of competition, in the clear post duty and working content, through the scientific performance appraisal system, the new incentive system improve material incentive, emotion incentive, motivation , leadership incentive, honor incentive education and training incentive, occupation career planning for peaceful coexistence negative incentives and other aspects, which can form a mutual aid and harmonious team and compete to the atmosphere.
