The tobacco industry is one of the "five business cards" of Guizhou Province.Its profits and taxes paid account for about 13% of the province’s fiscal revenue all the year round,and it is an important part of the economy of Guizhou Province.A Tobacco Company is the largest tobacco production company in Guizhou Province.It produces and purchases 1.2 million tons of tobacco all year round,and the total income of tobacco farmers is more than 2.2 billion yuan.A Tobacco Company actively drives tobacco farmers to get rid of poverty and become rich relying on the tobacco industry,and has made positive contributions to helping A City win the battle against poverty.In order to better develop the tobacco industry and help the rural revitalization,it is necessary to stimulate the endogenous power of tobacco production technicians and promote the high-quality development of tobacco industry in City A.This paper discusses the background and significance of writing,and combs out relevant theoretical knowledge and achievements by means of literature,questionnaire and inductive analysis;Secondly,it analyzes the basic situation of A Tobacco Company,the basic information of the tobacco production technicians and the current incentive mechanism.Combining with the questionnaire survey,it clarifies the feedback of the tobacco production technicians on the current incentive mechanism,and analyzes the reasons for the insufficient incentive,mainly including the unreasonable salary incentive mechanism,the neglect of the needs of the employees’ growth and development in education and training incentives,and the low enthusiasm of the employees’ education and training Tobacco production technicians have insufficient knowledge of corporate culture.Finally,combining theory with practice,this paper puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions from four aspects: salary promotion,education and training,and corporate culture.Through discussion,I hope that this paper can provide some theoretical guidance for A Tobacco Company to improve the incentive mechanism of tobacco production technicians to a certain extent,and then stimulate the potential of tobacco production technicians,improve their comprehensive quality,promote the steady improvement of enterprise operating efficiency,and realize the common progress of individual employees and enterprise development.
