Corporate Culture has become more and more popular in study and enterprise area, attracting growing number of researcher and enterpriser. There are four periods in the research of corporate culture. In the first period, most people study the definition of corporate culture, origin and classification, people focused on the measurement and diagnosis of corporate culture in the second stage, in the third one, the relationship between corporate culture and corporate performance enter into people's view, up to today, people are considering the way to set up a positive corporate culture to supporting good corporate performance. So the way how to build up a supported corporate culture for performance has become the main topic for business and research area, business man expect to improve company's performance by effective corporate culture, enhance competitiveness to stand in a high position in the market. Based on the background, this paper extracts the definition, origin and measurement index of corporate culture, then put forward some assumptions between the index of corporate culture and corporate performance, and then, through questionnaire the author give a qualitative conclusion of culture and performance, as well as the depth between the two, finally got the feature of high-performance corporate culture. On the basis, author introduced a concept of stake holder, Analyzing how the corporate culture affects performance through the stake holder, finally got the mechanism and route of culture's affect on the corporate performance. So the author got some measure and suggestion on the construction of high-performance corporate culture, to make up the theory of high-performance corporate and provide some instruction on corporate culture construction for business.
