In the internal production management of an enterprise,under certain circumstances,the contents of the enterprise management idea,the enterprise management behavior,the enterprise goal,the value outlook,the enterprise responsibility and so on,which are instructive and binding to all the employees of the enterprise,we call it corporate culture.Corporate Culture can reflect the basic characteristics of an enterprise,but also an enterprise survival and sustainable development,and in the market to maintain the competitiveness of the internal driving force.In the modern enterprise management system,the enterprise culture is a very important content in the enterprise development,has the pivotal function to the Enterprise's development.Core competence is the foundation of an enterprise and the driving force of profit creation,which has been widely recognized in the industry.Enterprise Culture plays an important role in the process of enterprise development,and it is an important factor to promote the long-term and healthy development of enterprise.Based on the previous research of many experts and scholars,this paper analyzes the related concepts and theories of enterprise core competence,and takes the corporate culture of P company as the research object,the relationship between corporate culture and core competence is discussed and studied.The research methods used in this paper include Literature Review,investigation and case study.Through collecting and analyzing the related data of P company's corporate culture,the relationship between P company's corporate culture and the core competence of the company is discussed.This paper analyzes the corporate culture background and cultural evolution of P company,and points out the competitive advantage in the current corporate culture development.On this basis,other insurance companies to improve the core competitiveness of followup put forward a strong feasible countermeasures.Finally,the formation of a scientific and effective theoretical basis for the same type of enterprises to form a practical theoretical guidance.After the deep development of p enterprise,it has become a comprehensive financial service enterprise,including insurance,investment and banking services.In order to improve its core competitiveness,P company has been committed to building a more perfect corporate culture system.This article takes P company as an example,this paper puts forward some improving strategies for reference to the construction of enterprise culture which can improve the core competitiveness of China's insurance industry,which will play an active role in the long-term healthy development of China's insurance industry.
