This through for low-carbon economy, economic and internet economy and theoretical analysis of e-commerce and e-business is mainly discussed in the process of low carbon economic impacts of e-business operations, the process of analysis, including e-commerce province, low-carbon energy consumption reduction of empirical research, analysis of e-commerce is low carbon economic impetus. In addition, this article also for electronic commerce in the business process for low-carbon economic negative impact on the analysis, looking out of electronic commerce individual on the energy to waste, and presents the corresponding solutions to electronic commerce to develop more in line with economic needs.This article falls into six sections. first is to introduce this background, the issue, and relevant research related to review purpose and significance; the first chapter is mainly related to the theoretical basis, including low carbon cycle economy, economic and internet economy and e-commerce doctrine; the second chapter, is in electronic commerce and low carbon economic relations, especially electronic commerce to low carbon economic impetus to elaborate; by empirical research, the use of the quantitative and qualitative analysis of e-commerce is low carbon; economic impact on the third chapter is to analyze individual part of e-commerce is low carbon economic, and electronic commerce to low carbon negative economic impact of the research and analysis; chapter 4 of the handi-capped; final solution to this is a summary.
