This article aims at how to construct the contracted management of land circulation platform for the exchange of information, studies and analyzes how to regulate the contractual right of collective transfer of agricultural land and improve agricultural efficiency and farmers' income, Through researching the contractual right of transfer of agricultural land status, mode, problems, constraints of Sijiu,the town of Taishan city , investigates its contracted management of agricultural collective farmland circulation of information platform construction, discusses the status of the shortcomings of the information platform for the negative influence of circulation, and then accordingly proposes how to build Forty-nine town's collective agricultural land contracting right information platform from a collective agricultural land contracting right service center, information network platform, the price guidance system and the intermediary organizations .
