Modern market competition is the talent competition in the final analysis; all stages of business development must have qualified personnel as support. We can help companies obtain sufficient quantity and appropriate quality of human resources only through effective staff recruitment and selection, that will help companies form core competencies in human resources, and promote the healthy, rapid and continuity development of business. Five thousand years of Chinese civilization left us a valuable management legacy, which contains a wealth of ideas for personnel selection. We can and should be concentrated study and sort out the system, Summarize and draw the rich ideas, methods and experience of talents selection, inspection and use in traditional Chinese culture, in order to do past serve the present and enhance the effectiveness of current recruitment of employees. Thus, we explore the effectiveness of the current selection and recruitment of employees in the ancient Chinese system of personnel selection inspired; it will have certain theoretical and practical significance.The paper summarized the ancient Chinese essence of the personnel selection system in detail through the research methods of historical analysis, systems analysis, specification analysis, and empirical analysis, grasped the current selection problems in the recruitment of employees through empirical research, and finally investigates the specific path for enhancing the effectiveness of employees'recruitment in the perspective of ancient Chinese spirit and essence of personnel selection. This article designs five parts, including an introduction, three body parts and a conclusion. The introduction briefly explains the background and significance of the topics, makes the literature review, clear purpose and research methods of this paper, and at last briefly introduces the frame constructer and innovation.The first main part is of the analysis of Ancient Chinese personnel selection system. It sorts out the evolution history of the ancient personnel selection system, summary the essence of ancient Chinese personnel selection system from six aspects, and gives a brief evaluation about it.The second main part is the empirical research. The study objects are parts of enterprise in Anshan; it grasps the main impact factors of staff recruitment, describes related work and summarizes the status of the problems through questionnaires and interviews. This part makes analysis and summary in-depth reality-based, and identifies the issues for this article.The third main part is the revelation study. It builds a modern comprehensive and multi-angle system model about enterprise recruitment selection based on ancient useful experience of personnel selection system, explores the specific path for enhancing the recruitment selection effectiveness.The last part is conclusion, it summarizes the inspiration of ancient personnel selection system for modern enterprise recruitment selection based on the previous sections, gives the forward-looking views at the same time. This paper seeks to achieve the following innovations: firstly, the paper matches the ancient Chinese system of personnel selection and recruitment selection of modern enterprise, explores the revelation of ancient personnel selection system, in this sense, the topics of this article has a certain novelty. Secondly, this paper systematically summarizes the principles of ancient Chinese personnel selection, learning its advantage to builds the modern enterprise recruitment, Of course, it also contacts the problems found in empirical studies. It achieves some innovations of the research content. thirdly, the paper surveys parts of SMEs in Anshan through methods of questionnaires and interviews, finds out the problems in current business recruitment selection work; this can provide a fresh empirical material for enterprise personnel selection. At last, this paper proposes measures to optimize talent recruitment selection based on the revelations of ancient Chinese personnel selection system and the problem-oriented summarized by empirical research, this is not only practical operability, but also has some new ideas.
