Zhejiang Regional Innovation System Research

Nowadays,in the situation of rapid development of information technology and growing knowledge economy,the development of regional innovation system became an important part of steady economic growth.The level of regional innovation capability is directly related to the speed and scale of economic development in an area.In recent years,Zhejiang Province has done great efforts to develop high-tech industries, the regional innovation capacity has been greatly improved. but in 11 different.cities of the province, there are still some problems like uneven development of regional innovation capability. Therefore, how to objectively evaluate innovation of a specific area and develop appropriate strategies to enhance regional innovation capability has become an urgent problem of the theoretical and practical issues.In this paper,we arrange and summarize the sort in terms of innovation system, regional innovation system, the constituent elements of the regional innovation, regional innovation policy system relevant, and do an assessment about the ability of the current status of Zhejiang Province on this basis of the knowledge innovation, technological innovation and regional innovation environment a regional innovation.Combined with 11 cities of the province's innovation capacity indicators in recent years, we use factor analysis, cluster analysis and discriminant analysis to combine comparative analysis, and further illustrates the influence of each index Level, and for a variety of advantages and disadvantages of a number of policies and proposals put forward.For the next step in the province-level cities around the innovation and development planning as well as enhance the overall innovation capability in Zhejiang Province, has played a certain degree of significance.The innovation lies in this: from a vertical perspective, we selected the regional innovation capacity indicators in 11 cities in Zhejiang province four years 2006-2009, , not only makes the results more credible evidence, and reveals trends in recent years; from the horizontal point of view, the 11 cities of regional innovation performance of a detailed comparative analysis, from each specific area of economic, social, cultural and other aspects that affect their ability to innovate to explore the elements; from research methodological point of view, three kinds of statistical analysis methods factor analysis, cluster analysis, discriminant analysis and progressive layers, each validation, give the study results a good support.
