Quality Management Research On Virtual Enterprise Under Agile Manufacturing Mode

Agile virtual enterprise is a leading manufacturing mode at the21st century under the agile manufacturing mode. It is made up of many independent enterprises. It is a kind of advanced manufacturing model which in order to adapt to the increasingly complicated market environment, and its ultimate goal is to meet the diversified needs of the customer. Only in this way, the enterprises can create greater economic value. So the quality of agile virtual enterprise product will directly affect the success of agile virtual enterprise. Therefore, the quality management level of agile virtual enterprise is more important to the organization. At the same time, the agile virtual enterprise is a new organizational model. In terms of quality management, it must have very big difference with traditional enterprise. Coupled with the market environment of the agile virtual enterprise is more complicated, the process in quality management will be faced with more complex problems. So the research about agile virtual enterprise quality management is both valuable in the theory and practice.This paper starts from the concept of agile manufacturing model and agile virtual enterprise. A more detailed introduction about the agile virtual enterprise environment, its own characteristics, and the characteristics of agile virtual enterprise quality management has been studied in this paper. In the dissertation process, the total quality management and PDCA cycle have been used for the management of quality information flow, the building of quality culture. The innovation of this paper is to propose the concept of quality leading team. It is as an effective method in the agile virtual enterprise quality management and plays an important role in the coordination of quality management. Finally, the paper describes Boeing as an example to illustrate the research findings.The research about agile virtual enterprise quality management is a complex project.
