Chongqing Information Industry Influence On The National Economy Research

With the development of Chongqing's economy, the development of informationindustry plays an increasingly important role in the economic development ofChongqing. Step-by-step upgrading strategic position of information industry in threeconsecutive five-year plan in Chongqing, establishing international production base inthe rapid development of attracting investmentand effective functioning of the the twowings driven by one circle,which are all highlighting the irreplaceable strategic positionof information industry in ChongqingFirstly, by summarizing previous research on the scope of information industryaccounting both in Chinese and foreign reserch,which mainly confined to theaccounting for electronic products manufacturing and software services,this paper holdthat its the high permeability characteristics of the information industry that decided itoccupies a decisive position in other industries. This paper will analysis InformationIndustry in Chongqing from a more comprehensive point of view.Secondly, this paperexpland the main methods of analysis and use of theoretical.Thirdly,it make anempirical analysises about information industry from four aspects: the overall level ofdevelopment of Chongqing's information industry;input and output level of theInformation Industry;the level of manufacturing competitiveness of the InformationIndustry;the level of contribution of Information Industry.The result shows:①Theoverall pace of development of information industry in Chongqing is rapid, especiallyin service aspect and manufacturing aspect is relatively stable;②There is large gapbetween services aspect and manufacturing aspect of Chongqing's informationindustry,and the manufacturing sector is far better in services;③Chongqing'sinformation industry Manufacturing has a significant strategic competitive advantage inthe overall secondary industry;④The level of information need to be improved,and therelative contribution to the information industry is in the backward level compare withlabor and investment.Finally, it summarizes the above analysis,and put forward policyrecommendations that promote the rapid development of Chongqing informationindustry.There are two innovations in this paper: the one is the reserch bout the range ofinformation industry accounted for. To the basis of division of the Interim Provisionsof the information industry, it is combined with the actual development of Chongqingindustry characteristics and the level of data collection, which analysis InformationIndustry in Chongqing from a more comprehensive perspective,and it is also the basisof all analysisThe another reason is selecting WT model analysising manufacturingaspect competitiveness.Previous research methods can only analysis industrialcompetitiveness ranking, in this paper it applicates the amendmented WT model, whichcan not only analyze manufacturing competitiveness rankings in ChongqingInformation Industry and b the estimated optimal competitive industry numberaccommodated in the region, and the model is different from the subjective analysismethod which its calculation process is based on assumed probability distribution whichis more objective.
