| Rapid social and economical development leads to increasing transport improvement. Motorized travel has become the main theme of many people. Based on these, traffic noise has become the key factor troubling daily life of residents. It almost is luxury who can live in the house that can be harmony with nature. Its vision is to create a harmonious society, attach importance to environmental protection and resource conservation emphasis of the city as China, Singapore, strategic cooperation projects between the two governments. Eco-city construction shows actively explore that the two governments hope to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.This paper’s core topic is how to consume fewer resources that can control traffic noise more sustainably. The research involves the urban land use control, network planning, road form, resident travel modes. It analyze deeply to all sections of the city from the causes of traffic noise. The research provides scientific basis for Tianjin Eco-city planning and construction of the anti-noise through subjective responses of urban noise.This paper has five chapters: the first chapter has made the studying target and content clear, the second chapter analyzes the reason and affect of traffic noise, the third chapter analyzes the current state of eco-city planning, the forth chapter is the core of the paper, they discuss the problem of traffic noise in Tianjin, analyze the reason of these problem. At last, the fifth chapter introduces the proposal of current situation of Tianjin Eco-city planning. |
