Research On Pre-cast Housing Construction Techniques

Pre-cast concrete housing structure is a new pattern of industry which hasn’tformed a complete and supporting industrial production system, with itsconstruction technology’s huge failure to meet the production demands ofmodern housing industrialization. Since the main fittings of pre-cast concretehousing and its matching architectural ornaments,electric, facilities etc. requiretheir preset and pre-cast procedure performed in factory, the electric, facility,production as well as the lift should have detailed design before the processingproduction of pre-cast fittings. To make sure the success of this new structuresystem from the fittings processing to the accomplishment of finished housing, aperfect construction design, advanced and reasonable methods and controllablequality control system is indispensable.This paper investigates the construction techniques of pre-cast concretehousing structure based on the pre-cast housing project in Changyang peninsula,according to its features. The detailed design, construction and organization,construction methods and quality control before the construction of pre-casthousing are discussed. In this paper, the design, processing, transportation,stacking of pre-cast panel are also stated in detail, presenting innovative designof technical innovation, construction organization and management. In addition,we have offered a reasonable proposal to the standard of quality acceptance ingreat effort to settle the technical problems and flaws during the housingconstruction for the purpose of improving construction efficiency, assuringconstruction quality as well as saving resources. This paper consists of severalparts as follows:1. Analyzing and summarizing the key points of pre-cast fittings’ detailed designbased on the construction experience during the participation into the pre-casthousing project in Changyang.2. Perfecting the design of construction organization in the aspects of equipmentselection, construction line division, resource investment, constructionprocedures and critical techniques on the guard of experience in traditionalcast-in-site concrete structure construction.3. Taking the Changyang project as typical example to summarize the criticaltechniques during the construction process, including pre-cast fittings production,transportation, stacking, lift, connection, product protection and cast-in-site nodeprocessing.4. Specifying the pre-cast housing’s foundation of quality control on the basis ofconstruction quality controlling measures taken, construction standards, according national standards and measured data acquired during the acceptanceand installation of Changyang project.
