Electric system has relation to National welfare and the people’s livelihood,anyaccident in its running can cause heavy effect to normal society lives,so regular patrol isessential to the routine work of power industry.The traditional patrol which is effectedby human factors,has the drawback of low efficiency,untimely data unloading,frequently patrolling error and unwarrantable staff in place,which all cause electricaccident and threaten the normal running of transformer.The paper is to research an intelligent patrol system for the substation,whichapplies the PDA equipped with RFID module as the patrol terminal,the GPRS and WebService as the data switching method and SQL Server2005as the back-stage database.Go further and say,applying RFID to sample and in place trigger,GPRS and WebService for real-time unloading and switching of data,SQL Server2005for the effectiveanalysis and management of back-stage database.The beginning of the paper is a brief introduction for the background,significanceand current research situation for the intelligent patrol system,and then advance theentire research plan basing on the above.The following is the detailed design plan forthe system,which is divided into three classes of patrol terminal,data transmissionmodule and back-stage management system:In the patrol terminal,the research ofcollision avoidance arithmetic is the emphasis;The data transmission module is basingon the GPRS and Web Service,mainly researching the design and achievement for thedata transmission and the back-stage data switching;The core of the back-stagemanagement system is system database,which mainly researches the design of datasheetand the achievement of ADO.NET.At the end of the paper,the interrelated systeminterface that has been completed is showed,which vests the utility value for the system.
