| This thesis focuses on some key technologies for the design of snowplow trucks. The main researches are as follows:Chapter one introduces the source and significance of this research topic as well as the domestic and international development and status quo of snow removers. The second chapter makes classification of snow removers and analysis of typical structures and characteristics of snowplow trucks. In the third chapter, considering the influences of various shovel surfaces on snow removing efficiency and energy consumption, an involute-shaped shovel surface is designed and parametric design of various shovel surfaces is realized using Pro/E software packages.Based on the motion equation of snow particles in the snow removal process, the trajectories of snow particles in different moving angles and cutting angles are drawn in Pro/E software, and the optical operating parameters of front shovels are obtained in chapter four.In chapter five, a novel force model of front shovel in snow removing process is proposed and verified by comparisons with experimental data and existing models.Using ADAMS software, stability of the snow remover in the working process is analyzed, and the working stability under rated and limit operating conditions as well as in the braking process is discussed in chapter six.The last chapter summarizes all work of the thesis and shows prospect for the future research work. |
