Abstract/Summary:
In the modern industrial, agricultural, transportation and national defense, the equipments driven by rely on the motor directly or indirectly are widely used. With the increasing requirements of production equipment operational reliability and control accuracy, the consensus of efficient use of energy and social development, adjustable speed, high-paced, high-performance, energy-saving drive motor is the needs of development for the future.Permanent magnet synchronous motor as a new motor, along with the power electronics, microcontrollers, and rare earth permanent magnet material evolved. The excitation part of the permanent magnet replace of the traditional wire-wound windings, the motor of the overall structure of a simple change, unparalleled at other AC motor in terms of operational efficiency, power factor, as well as wear and tear. Therefore, the permanent magnet synchronous motors in adjustable speed drives to be a great favor, but it is only by way of the variable frequency starting and speed control. Frequency control technology as an effective in saving energy, improving the efficiency of the system’s technology has already begun in many ways to promote the use.This article first analyzes the necessity of using of energy-saving effect of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in today’s energy-saving environment. Against the situation that the widespread use of pumping by low power factor three-phase asynchronous motor drives, considers in the petroleum equipment industry, It is necessary to replace these devices by more energy-efficient permanent magnet synchronous motor and achieve the purpose of energy saving. Then, Analysis and deduced the structure and the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, in-depth study of a permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control theory, and a permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control strategies discussed in the works based on the combination of pumping. Against the dependence on motor parameters in the vector control and pumping work environment is bad, concluded that there is a certain instability through the installation of sensors in a permanent magnet synchronous motor position and speed detection. Therefore, the space voltage vector pulse width modulation technique combined with sensorless vector control technology to design a frequency control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor.The whole design of the speed control system includes hardware and software. Because of the strong coupling of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, the more complex features of the multi-variable used in the sensorless vector control algorithm, by researching and anglicizing the choice of the core in the previous study design, proposed the design which the core control system is motor control dedicated chip of TMS320F28335floating-point DSP that put forward by Texas Instruments (TI motor control). The purpose of choosing the DSP vector sensorless variable speed system for studying is to bring the advantages of digital signal processor and motor control theory and to improve the frequency control system, digital, intelligent. As well as real-time, permanent magnet synchronous motor is more precise control on the basis of existing technologies. Finally, there are some experiments carried out on the entire vector-sensor frequency control system performance, and analysis the real-time data get from the experiments tests.
