Research On Site Selection And Architecture Design Of Low-rent Housing

Under the circumstance of domestic housing supply reformation and housing commercialization, low-rent housing is an advocating means of nature of social security so that assures low-income family’s basic residing rights and as well improve residing situations. Since this approach has been raised in1998, within13years’ development, low-rent housing system has been experienced such like states:confirming its importance properly, establishing the approaches of realization, and getting attention gradually. By now, it’s going to be refined and to be perfect. However, from overall point of view, the establishment of low-rent housing system is still in the initial stage. Especially, the long-term layout and design in theoretical for the low-rent housing is not adequate. In this case, this work investigates into the new low-rent housing by government investment in terms of physical distribution rent. With studying at the site selection and architectural design, the rules and the solutions to the question are presented to solve its adaptation for Shenyang.In this work, by the means of literature collection, questionnaire investigation,household survey and etc., several issues are analyzed, which are the drawback of site layout for low-rent housing in Shenyang, family structure, residential behavior characteristics and requirements for the low-income family as the low-rent housing residence, and also the insufficiency of current residing in low-rent housing. Subsequently, based both on the results of thorough investigation and analysis and the exclusive difference from low-rent housing to the ordinary commercial housing, some rules as for the mix residing of site selection for the low-rent housing and the economy, feasibility, and comfort in architectural design, respectively are proposed. Moreover, the strategy and design approach for each rule are detailed. Finally, the validation and the adjustment for the presented rules and approaches are examined by design experiments.Throughout the text, it is based on the current low-rent housing policy, as to satisfy the low-income family basic residing requirement and improve its living conditions, and discusses the site selection and architectural design for low-rent housing. This work would be useful to the construction of low-rent housing in Shenyang or to the domestic.
