Research On Designing Risk Control System For Urban Rail Transit Project

Based on the rapid development of urban rail transit construction projects, and problems and accidents emerged in China in recent years during design phase of urban rail transit construction projects, the start of risk control research in China and development is late and necessary to establish and improve the design of risk control system in the design phase of the construction of urban rail transit project.Due to the different design features of the urban rail transit project from other projects, the basic design process, and the main design risk factors, risk control system establishing methods, and the basic process, and urban rail transit project design risk factors. On this basis, urban rail transit project, a design institute in the control of the design process, design process, there are risks and problems, based on the level of risk control analysis and the Delphi method, theoretical knowledge and theoretical tools, identification, analysis, urban rail transit project design stage of the risk factors and obtained risk sort the list, as well as to determine the level of risk, response measures and methods for the main risk.The design features of urban rail transit projects, as well as the current design institute risk control situation analysis of risk factors and risk impact analysis, obtained the results of the moderate risk of urban rail transit project, the project design phase.
