Nanning Jiuzhou international mansion is located in the middle of ASEAN-commerce corearea in Nanning city, with a total land area of11,516square meter and a total constructionarea of214,730square meter. It will have71stories and6underground stories reaching aheight of301.6meter. It is an integrated high-rise building including high-grade emporium,five-star hotel and intelligent office building ect. This project is designed according to thetwo-star green building of Chinese standard and the silver LEED of American standard. It willbe a new landmark building and the highest building of Nanning City.It introduces the design of water supply and drainage system and focuses on the mainprinciples of choosing the system and equipment in this paper. Meanwhile, it points out theimportant technical difficulties in the process of designing and gives the related solutionwhich provides an engineering case for the design of water supply and drainage system ofhigh-rise building over300meter.On the basis of meeting the requirements of safety, sanitation, applicability and economy,more than20latest green building technologies at home and abroad or original technologiesof the institute are applied in this design which reaching the purpose of energy saving, watersaving, terra saving, material saving and environmental protection and fully implementing thedesign idea of human-oriented and sustainable development.Main technologies included areas follows: full-flow efficient frequency-conversion control water supply technique, thesecondary water supply ex-equipment, stable high pressure&temporary high-voltage hybridfire water supply system, kitchen fire suppression device, air condition heat recovery, watersource heat pump, solar heating technology, branch pipes circulation of hot water, confluentof sewage and wastewater, same-floor drainage, siphonic drainage system, rain and aircondition condensate recycling and so on. According to the calculation, due to this design860,000kW·h of electricity and104,000cubic meter of water would be save per year and itwould reduce1040square meter of land use and48ton of building materials.Presently, the compilation of Evaluation standard for green super high-rise building isongoing in China. The publication and implementation of this standard would contribute toguiding and regulating the construction of green super high-rise building in our country.This project can be used as a reference case for the standard as providing onecomplete engineering example and technical support.
