Study On Technology Developing System Based On The Life Processes Of Green Building

The construction industry sustainable development already has become a pursuit ofthe goal of the countries, and the green building accord with the idea. In order to speedup the green building steps, technical development has become the important content. InChina, the green building technology is still in the developing stage, achieves somesuccess with the evaluation, technical innovation, but the green building techniquessystem study is less. Based on the study of a large number of the related literature,combining the main problem of green building technologies development, the paperexplores the green building technology system, to promote the development oftechniques.Firstly, being collection and collation of the green building technology, the paperreviewed the green building techniques in China, and categories the technology content.In order to further in-depth research, it attempts to use life in technology process in theprocess and green building developing factors system, for building the green buildingtechnology developing systems.Secondly, the paper divided the life to stage, make sure the content and therelationships between them. It also summarized the various factors of green buildingtechnology, established the factors system, and then researched the professional contentand the role of each factor system. Through researching the technical system mainparticipants, and the participation about each stage and the factor systems, and the mainwork content in technical developing system, it explore the possibility relationshipbetween life processes of the system and the factor systems.Finally, the paper studied the interactive in the different factor system of theprocess of life, the establishment of a complete the green building techniques systembased on the life. At the same time, to the practical experience, it puts forward somesuggestions on the development of the green building techniques.
