In the field of industrial building design,the design of reinforced concrete structures isvery complex and time-consuming.Due to the disadvantage of the design pattern ofreinforced concrete structures based on two-dimensional CAD system,the use of the designpattern based on3D CAD system start to become a trend.Currently,the model of concretestructures could be established with3D parametric modeling method and hierarchicallyparametric design method,component reinforcement could be done well with the traditionalreinforcing method,and the automatic generation technology of two-dimensional drawingshas been mature. The key point is the research of3D reinforcement method fornon-component structures.The research based on the cooperation project“3D design systemInteRDS of reinforced concrete structures”of HUST CAD center and WISDRI are done,anda3D integral section reinforcing method is proposed.This dissertation contains the followingparts:Firstly,the fundamentals and the theoretical framework of the3D integral sectionreinforcing method are proposed based on the features of the reinforced concrete structures ofindustrial building and combined with the requirements of reinforcement for non-componentstructures and the designer’s habit of reinforcement.Secondly,the design pattern of the3D integral section reinforcing method is proposedand discussed specifically from the operation and management of reinforcement.Then,theautomatic construction of sections,the automatic calculation of steel bars’ shape curve,theautomatic spread of steel bars’data,the automatic search of the distribution range areproposed combined with the examples of building.At last,on the basis of the above research,the module of3D integral sectionreinforcement in the3D design system InteRDS of reinforced concrete structures isimplementd with the object-oriented method.This module has been used in the practical engineering.The application results show that the design quality and efficiency of this modulecan meet the needs of non-component reinforcement well in practice,and the feasibility ofthis method is verified in practice....
