This paper mainly introduces engine turbocharger test benchcomputer measurement and control system development and use. First of allthrough the references to the domestic and foreign relevant literature, weanalyzed the current situation of the development of the turbo technology.We expounded the turbo technology in improving the engine power and fuelof the importance of economical efficiency etc, and the purpose of theresearch and engineering significance. Then we analyzed the turbochargingsystem working principle, supercharger structure and working principle,turbocharging system of the main performance index, etc.The paper studies the turbocharger test related industry standard,literature material and reference to traditional turbocharger test bench layoutand structure, for this test bench layout, design and measurement and controlsystem development puts forward new ideas: this test system using thedigital display instrument anti-interference ability, suitable for thecharacteristics of industrial field, and use of the configuration softwarepowerful data processing and graphics performance ability, the integration ofthe computer technology, network technology, has the system structure that is simple and has high reliability, test precision, simple operation,and alsoeasy to maintain characteristics. Then it provides the test bench usedhydraulic pneumatic principle and electric schematic diagram, andintroduces based on digital display instrument and calculation unitconfiguration software engine turbocharger performance test system, and thetest bench mechanical work cycle structure. The system is given to realizethe functions: control, measurement, communication and interaction.Based on the performance of the known prototype test, the test benchtest verified the accuracy of the results, showing that the turbocharger testbench test results for turbocharger performance evaluation has very highreference value.
