As the power grid project construction investment of Inner Mongolia electric powercompany grops and the technical level raises, the original project management has not beensuitable for the management of large-scale power grid project. In order to improve themanagement level of the power grid project, and enhance the efficiency of capital use, it isimminent to develop a suitable post evaluation system for power grid project.At present, the study of power grid project post evaluation is more mature in method athome and abroad, but there are little study of evaluation index system. And Inner Mongoliapower grid project is short of a post evaluation system which suitable for its industrycharacteristics and the regional features, therefore, this paper researches the post evaluationsystem of Inner Mongolia power grid project. To the sthdy of the post evaluation system, thekey is the establishment of specific evaluation index system and the selection of evaluationmethod.Therefore, for the establishment of evaluation index system, this paper uses two stagemethod---project process post evaluation and project effect post evaluation, to establish thepost evaluation index system of Inner Mongolia power grid project. The power grid projectevaluation index is divided into two parts which are general index and specific index, andestablishes general evaluation index set by the contrast of relevant laws and regulations,selects specific evaluation index set by literature studying, and based on this, selects index byusing the method of questionnaire survey, then selects the final evaluation index set of powergrid project through establishes the index constructing model of the two stages.And for the selection of post evaluation methods, this paper chooses the evaluationmethod integrated the analytic hierarchy process method with fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method, identifies the index weight through the analytic hierarchy process method,and then uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for comprehensive evaluation. Inthe specific using of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper reduces thecomputational difficulty by using fuzzy statistics method.Through the research, this paper finally sets up the post evaluation system of InnerMongolia power grid project. And with the one county distribution network project as anexample, the application of the theory, specific analysis and evaluation to the success orfailure of the advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward appropriate recommendationsfor future project construction to provide the reference.And in order to make it be operable, on the basis of the the study above, this paper alsodevelops a set of post evaluation system which is hingh efficient and convenient Through thefeedback of evaluation, it can further improve the management level of power grid projectand promote its development.
