Research And Design Of Bus Interface With High Reliability In The Vehicle-mounted System Integration

With the growing development of car technology, the electronic technology of the car isvery important. And the data bus between the electronic equipments is one of the keytechnologies which performance plays an indispensable role. MIL-STD-1553B standardbus is a type of modern communication bus that was imported to China. It possesses theprominent features such as the high reliability, real time and ripe technology, that make itwork in electronics equipment of the vehicle.After studying the protocol of MIL-STD-1553B data bus technology, this paper putsforward to the PCI bus for data transmission, and introduces the design of transceivercontrol of MIL-STD-1553B bus by using DSP and FPGA platform, and electricalconnections of MIL-STD-1553B bus by using the transceiver controller and transformer.Paper Firstly introduces1553B bus technology. Include Bus Controller module, RemoteTerminal module and message transmission mechanism, etc. And accord to the demand forthe whole design scheme. Thereafter, function modules were designed with the schemerequirement. It includes hardware and software design for1553B communication interfacecard. The hardware mainly consists of PCI bus and FPGA function. It implementsacceptance, send, conversion and exchange for information. The software mainly consistsof using C language compiler for DSP. It implements signal processing and communicationcontrol etc function.With1553B simulation card and the design of1553B communication card as thefoundation built test platform environment. And use this platform to function test. The testexperiments this design of1553B communication card in BC/RT two mode works are tomeet requirements.
