Highway Network Adaptability Analysis Of Fujian Province In Economic Zone On The West Side Of The Straits

This paper select the appropriate indicators to evaluation of highway adaptability of theeconomic zone on the west side of straits from economic adaptability, spatial adaptability,traffic integration adaptability, quality of service adaptability, environmental adaptability andmodern management level adaptability, and then explore the current problem of highwaynetwork development in Fujian Province from the construction, maintenance, management;then this paper put forward development ideas and goals and calculate reasonable roadhighway scale and grade structure of Fujian Province according to overall layout of economiczone on the west side of straits and the layout of urban system based on comparison with thedomestic and international highway network developed regions; following according to theproblems of existing highway network and future development direction and goal, this paperput forward the development strategies of highway network from the construction,maintenance, management to provide theoretical basis for12th Five-Year highway networkconstruction in Fujian Province; at last, to ensure the development strategies of highwaynetwork can be implemented smoothly, this paper proposes the appropriate security measuresand policy recommendations from the basic security measures, sustainable development andreform and innovation aspects.
