Low-voltage intelligent production system is a kind of complex product in apparel,where the situation is that the backward technology is difficult to meet the demand of themarket. This work was supported by a grant from the Major Programs of Science andTechnology Commission Foundation of ShangHai, No.071105121, guiding the backgroundresearch of rapid response in fashion apparel. The topic studies low-voltage performancesof the system infuencing on the stable operation of a quick response system on apparel.Fieldbus technology, distributed control technology, testing technology and intelligenttechnology were introduced to developd an integrated intelligent production system oflow-voltage. The system improves the existed manual testing method, capable of adaptingto growing demand of an automatic processing line reconstructed for the garment market.This work expands the research depth and application in the processing garment industry.The main work and some innovation points in the thesis are described as follows:1) The fieldbus technology was applied, based on the structure and characteristics ofthe production line, to designed general structure of low voltage circuit breaker line,including bus-control network topology of two layers. This structure implements theefficient separation and an efficient dual transmission between production data andcontrolling data, greatly improving stability and real-time of the system.2) Considering the situation of application and requirements of controlling, thecomputer-controlling system was formulated to meet the demand of production. Under theframework of the system, a detailed discussion was introduced about hardwareconfiguration, network configuration and software configuration.3) The monitoring and management system of upper computers were developed basedon the opening technology of OPC and high-level programming language of C#, with a friendly monitoring interface. It helped to improve the efficiency of monitoring system andreduce the operation of the system.In addition, the method of image sampling with a moving bolster is adoped toimlemented the real-time tracking to the dual metal with high precision, and efficiency.The application of the servo current feedback in the long time delay system, overcomes thechanges of the torque sensor easily damaged by external force. Stepping motor of thescrew and magnetic gate cooperate to make positioning feeding and blanking moreprecisely.The production system has entered the production test stage, running stable and good.Compared with the original manual mode of test, the production time per breaker reducedby more than30%. At present, the production of low voltage circuit breaker and systemcontrol strategy in apparel rapid response system has a good market prospect andapplication value.
