With the development of modern electronic technology, the frequency converter is used more and more widely, not only to industrial equipment but also household appliances. It can be said that as long as there is a three-phase asynchronous motors, there will be an inverter. This graduation design is aimed at yan’an refinery boiler fan in the power frequency operation of wind pressure on the influence of the furnace, and the variable frequency speed regulation of the technical transformation of the case, in transforming a process, frequency converter and a joint DCS control system happen electromagnetic compatibility, through the analysis and research of the frequency converter control part, working principle and communication part, and DCS control system related content, finally solved the DCS control system and frequency converter electromagnetic compatibility problem. DCS control system in petrochemical industry application is very widely. It is necessary to study DCS control system and frequency converter of the electromagnetic compatibility problem deeply, make inverter in petrochemical field have a wider application. This paper introduces the characteristics of frequency converter, frequency control of motor speed technology principle. This paper discusses the frequency converter speed control technology and the practical significance. At the same time, the energy saving of frequency converter to economic benefits of a comparative analysis and evaluation. In addition, the article mainly describes converter principle and DCS control system and frequency converter of the electromagnetic compatibility problem analysis research.
