| In the past ten years, the container transportation industry has a blossoming development in China,the Electronic Business has been extensive used too. Many carriers have electronic Business booking platform of their own, not only can booking, but also can let the forwarding company commissioned by the state in the online.Cause it’s the complicated platform and only opened for the forwarding company, As for the shipper,they only to cooperate with the forwarding to solve their transportation demand. In this situation, on bothsides of supply and demand, is a kind of loss, not only reduces the ship company profits, but also bring the risk to the owner.This paper analyzes the current state of container transportation industry, expounding how to develop a set of system for carriers which can combined with electronic business booking platform, then the shipper can booking directly to the carriers, it more safe and reliable, also reduce the cost.This paper relates to a container operation ability of the shipping company, based on the original business, using the system to achieve two goals, the first point is efficient to help booking process safety, second is the integration of e-business platform,collecting the source from the third forwarding company to establish forwarding union, to expand the business, covering the user demand.This paper uses the structured development methods, the system development is divided into5development cycle, each cycle to complete specific tasks, and produces the corresponding document.
