The Design And Realization Of Ship Power Station For Training

Ship power station is one of the most important equipments on ship. The main purpose is to keep the continuity, reliability, and quality of power supply. As the automation request being enhanced, researching automatic and intelligent ship power station management system is a direction in future. It is of great significance in practice.In the thesis, the design and realization of ship power station for training in Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College are introduced. Large numbers of data about ship power stations is referenced. First, short circuit values are calculated. According to these values and requirements of ship power protection, breakers, control transformers, current transformers and other devices of the switch board are chosen. Second, the figure drawings and circuit diagrams are designed, including: the diagrams of DG control panel, the diagrams of synchronization panel, the diagrams of group starter and feeder panel, the diagrams of EG control panel. At last, the ship power management system is composed by PLC of Siemens and PPU of DEIF. In the thesis, the composing and configuration of the ship power management system are going into particulars. The primary functions are as follow: the switch interlocking of the two generators, main power system losing electric management, diesel generator overloading automatic synchronization management, unloading management, shaft generator overload automatic synchronization management, diesel generator second fault management, abnormal voltage and abnormal frequency management and so on. Marine mechanical engineer use ship power station for training to learn the working principle, operation, management and maintenance of power stations. So in the end, the training functions are introduced. The functions include three aspects: manual operation and running management of diesel generator; operation management and monitoring of automatic power station; emergency operation of diesel generator.The ship power station for training has full functions of the ocean ship power station. The design of it fulfills the rules of design of large vessels. Ship devices of name brand in the world are used. PLC of Siemens and PPU of DEIF which are convenient for training is used to compose the ship power management system. It is comparatively advanced ship power station simulator in China.
