| With China’s rapid economic development, energy supply shortage and environmental pollution problems increasingly prominent. As an efficient, clean and cheap energy, LNG can effectively alleviate this problem and is strongly supported by our government. Because of the scarcity of resources and the uneven distribution of natural gas, LNG need to be imported from abroad. Many projects of import LNG go into operation in several coastal areas of China. With the increase of imported LNG energy, the distribution of LNG transportation corresponding produce. The intermodal mode, based on the LNG tank container, has the advantage of appropriate loading and unloading mode, appropriate storage and transportation mode.It can be transported through jar in the end, by sea and by land. In addition, the intermodal mode can achieve efficient, convenient and safety transportation of LNG.The small LNG container ship, tank containers and truck, as the multimodal transportation tools of LNG, their investment costs and operating costs are relatively high. How to rationally allocate these three can improve LNG transport efficiency and reduce logistics costs.In this paper, according to the characteristics of LNG, small LNG container ship, tank containers, and the truck itself, the author construct a small LNG ship-Tank containers-truck configuration optimization model in order to minimize the total system cost:considering tank container assets operating costs, introduce the penalty function; to meet the different preferences of different decision makers, introduce decision factors; considering the safety of LNG storage and transportation, introduce the inland turnaround time and safe storage time of tank containers; considering the occupation and loss of vehicles, introduce a one-time start-up costs. In this paper, the optimization model applies to LNG and T75tank container under waterway transport. The result of the model is more realistic.Finally, this article take an empirical study of the topology routes the Yangtze River. The author forecast the future demand for LNG vehicles on the basis of existing operating motor vehicles. And with the LINGO9.0software, I calculate the most suitable amounts of small LNG carriers, tank containers and trucks. It can provide decision-making reference to LNG project planning resources for future scholars. |
