The formation of the quality style characteristics in tobacco is the result of the interaction between the specific ecological factors and species. In case of the growing environment is fixed, the pros and cons of the cultivation measures is especially important. Different cultivation measures can be affected carbon-nitrogen metabolism changes in the tobacco leaves; varieties of carbon-nitrogen metabolism changes are different, resulting in differences in tobacco quality. At present, the study about middle-scent tobacco coordination and impact factors of carbon-nitrogen metabolism in cured tobacco leaf quality also relatively small in Hubei Province. In this study, we use different cultivation modes, to discuss the effect of transplanting time, nitrogen fertilizer, remained leaves and plant density on carbon-nitrogen metabolism differences in tobacco leaves. We studied the differences between HB023, Zhongyan203, HB032, Binner1, Qinyan98and K326in carbon-nitrogen metabolism, compared quality differences of varieties and leaf position. The main results are as follows:1. The results of five different cultivation patterns test show that the remained leaves make the greatest impact on the output value and yield, it can take an indirect effect on production output by total protein, soluble sugar and starch in Pre-mid-term. Lower nicotine content and higher soluble sugars content can help to improve the average price. Transplanting time have a directly influence on the chloride ion content in cured tobacco leaves, but through the indirect effects of the carbon and nitrogen organic compounds on chloride ion is relatively weak. Potassium content influenced by nitrogen fertilizer and transplanting time through indirect effects has a negative impact of potassium ions.2. Three modes of N2, N3and N4tobacco vigorous growth and good plant type, and integrated quality traits of flue-cured tobacco are similar. The N2mode is the best of economic traits and sensory quality, but the potassium chlorine ratio is low, sugar alkali ratio is high. The transplanting time (May4),remained leaves(19) and density more appropriate, but the low nitrogen fertilizer. By rational cultivation measures to adjust the nitrogen fertilizer ratio, you can get the best yield and quality.3. The differences of quality style between varieties analysis results showed that, Optimum economic traits of Binner1, K326and HB032and their appearance of quality is more consistent. The economic traits of Qinyan98, HB023and Zhongyan203are poor. Different species have significant differences between each other. Overall, the Binner1of economic character and quality style is better.4.6varieties on the growth dynamics trend are similar, the early exponential growth and the latter is gentler, significant difference between the varieties. Carbon-nitrogen organic content in the significant difference between the six varieties of different sampling period, total nitrogen, reducing sugar and total sugar in the tobacco leaf have a little differences between varieties.5. The results of quality traits and carbon-nitrogen organic content changes in clustering show that, Binner1and K326of the upper and middle leaves more better, similar to changes of carbon-nitrogen organic compounds. HB032overall poor quality, but the changes of carbon-nitrogen organic content in upper or middle leaves are similar with Qinyan98. The upper leaves of Zhongyan203and Qinyan98is excellent, while the middle leaves of HB023is better. These three species is relatively large difference in carbon-nitrogen metabolism in leaf position.6. The correlation analysis showed that the carbon-nitrogen organic content in different leaf positions and sampling period have a significant correlation of chemical composition and quality traits in cured tobacco leaf. Overall, the carbon-nitrogen metabolism can affect tobacco leaf quality.
