By researching the consumption regularity,the author proposed that the product of the fruit would be improve in quality and yield, especially improve in quality which plays an important role of increasing farmers’income, adjusting industrial structure and enriching people’s Non-Staple Food. Developing fruit production is of significance.1. There are fruit product with excellence, famousness and speciality in Wenzhou. Because of the special geographic environment, weather and soil, there are many varieties of excellent and special fruit which can grow in Wenzhou, for example, the waxberry from Chashan Dingao which is named as the king of waxberry; the Ou citrus famous for special flavor and long storage period, and Siji You which has the function of moistening lung and relieving cough.2. Analysis of advantages and weakness in developing Wenzhou fruit production. Wenzhou has advantages for developing excellent fruit production, which include long planting history, excellent quality of fruit, enrichment with management experience of fruit products.. In recently years, fruit production has attracted attention from the government, thus the fruit production in Wenzhou developed rapidly especially in yield, output value and quality improvement. However, there are also weaknesses in this industry, which include low education and over-old age in fruit production employee; small planting scale, shortness of fruit processing ability, storing technology backward, and low level of industrialization. 3. Countermeasures for developing Wenzhou fruit production.
