Field experiment has been carried out to study the effects of combiningapplication of organic fertilizers in Pingdingshan. The experiment researched the effects ofchemical fertilizer&sesame cake fertilizer, chemical fertilizer&sesame cake fertilizer&mineral fertilizer and chemical fertilizer&sesame cake fertilizer&soil conditioner&mineral fertilizer on tobacco growth and development, quality and soil nutrient. The resultsindicated that:1Effects of combining application of organic fertilizers on soil nutrient contentIn the early growth stage of soil available nitrogen content was high and adding soilconditioner dose of T5, deal with soil available P the entire growth period at the higher level.T3treatment mixed adding soil conditioner and minerals fertilizer significantly enhanced thecontent of soil available potassium. In the late growth stage, chemical fertilizer&sesamecake fertilizer&soil conditioner&mineral fertilizer reduced soil available nitrogen content, and advantaged the maturity of the tobacco.2Effects of combining application of organic fertilizers on growth and physiologicindicators.Comparing with T1, T2, CK1and CK2, combining application of soil conditioner andmineral fertilizer significantly improved the plant height, effective leaves number, dry matteraccumulation and the content of nitrogen and nicotine in the growing stage of flue-curedtobacco. During the early growing period of flue-cured tobacco, T3significantly improved the dry weight of root accumulation. It showed that adding soil conditioner and mineralsfertilizer promoted the tobacco root development.3Effects of combining application of organic fertilizers on quality of flue-cured tobaccoThe research was carried to investigate the combining effects of application of organic andchemical fertilizer on quality of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that: on the basis ofapplication of chemical fertilizer and sesame seed cake fertilizer, compared with onlyapplied chemical fertilizer or sesame seed cake fertilizer, the effects were better under addingthe mineral fertilizer and soil conditioner. That fertilizer treatment obviously improved thechemical properties, promoted the tobacco plant, the absorption of Ca, Mg, Mn, Na, Fe,increased the content of neutral aroma components and petroleum ether extract, advantagedthe chemical composition of balance and harmony, and played a remarkably role inenhancing the quality of cured tobacco leaves.
