Resources Investigation, Protection And Utilizition Research Of Wild Gynostemma Pentaphyllum Of Henan Province

Gynostemma pentaphylla are belong to the family Cucurbitaceae, perennial grass vine, taste bitter, cold, non～toxic, and contain more abundant Gynostemma pentaphylla saponins, flavonoids, polysaccharides, and8kinds of amino acids and a variety of essential trace elements such as medicinal ingredients. Its medicinal value is prominent, mainly include cancer prevention, blood pressure, fall hematic fat, fall blood sugar, anti～aging, heat～clearing and detoxifying effect and so on. Because contain ginseng saponins reason has "ginseng south" and the title of "the second ginseng". Gynostemma pentaphyllum is widely distributed in our country, but because of the unreasonable development and excessive picking, reduce Gynostemma pentaphylla quantity quickly, so that the germplasm resources are threatened. Therefore, the State Forestry Administration listed the gynostemma plant under state protection. Gynostemma pentaphylla mainly distributed in the south of Yangtze in our country, with shaanxi Pingli, Hubei shennongjia, Fujian and other places more distributed. Although the Funiu mountains, the Dabie mountains, Tongbai, jigong mountain and other places in Henan province also have Gynostemma pentaphylla growth, but the research on its resources investigation and utilization in Henan province is less, so this article is mainly investigating the Gynostemma pentaphylla resources distribution and utilization, and puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures for protection, for the sustainable protection of the its resources and provides the basis for reasonable development and utilization. In this paper, specific research content as follows:First, the investigation about the present situation of wild Gynostemma pentaphylla resources in Henan province, determines it is mainly distributed in the funiu, tongbai and dabie mountain area. Key areas mainly distributed in Henan province with Tongbai county and Neixiang county quadrat investigation in detail, make sure both its population density, species richness and growth conditions. Especially for Tongbai sample has carried on the contrast of two years in a row, as farmers protection consciousness enhancement, the resources of wild resources get more effective protection. By interview and survey on factors that affect the normal growth and reproduction of Gynostemma pentaphylla threat statistics, and puts forward the corresponding protection measures against concrete conditions. Second, mainly products in Henan province is less, variety is unitary, mainly composed of gynostemma tea. Through to our province Gynostemma pentaphylla saponins, flavonoids and polysaccharide extraction and determination of knowable, tongbai Gynostemma pentaphylla saponins content was8.93%, the flavonoid content is4.25%, polysaccharide was5.05%; Neixiang Gynostemma pentaphylla saponins content was5.43%, the flavonoid content is4.21%, polysaccharide was1.56%.Results show that our province mainly exist great potential value in use.
