Multimedia teaching materials as a new kind of teaching materials, is very different fromtraditional teaching materials, has its unique characteristic. And in the field of foreign languageteaching, this characteristic can be reflected gradually beacuase of multimedia teaching materials’content design. This article choose Zhongwen and Hanyu’s multimedia, hope through compartiveanalysis of these two multimedia on two aspacts, relevant factors and content design. Betweenthese two aspacts, relevant factors’ analysis from three angle, they are the text and color, the sound,and the animation.In terms of content design analysis include teaching content design and exercisewith feedback design, then discuss the two multimedia teaching materials’ feature on contentdesign, how they combined multimedia technology with teaching materials’ content, and get goodforeign language teaching effect, take the advantage of multimedia teaching materials. At the sametime, hope through the comprative analysis can provide some suggestion on future multimediateaching materials of foreign language teaching, and make many people can pay attention to thisfield.
