Accompanied by an enrollment of graduate students, the community generally that the graduate students in academic, employment and other aspects are facing new pressures and challenges. Accumulation of persistent pressure may lead to burnout, analysis of current graduate burnout internal and external influencing factors, and effective and reasonable to divert their burnout, not only contribute to the high quality of their education, national education and the entire socio-economic development of practical significance.Core self-evaluation is a broad personality concept, which combines the self-esteem, general self-efficacy, locus of control and emotional stability of the four personality factors, the individual self and values held by some of the most basic evaluation and estimates. The core self-evaluation of the high individual is generally considered to have good self-adjustment capability, a more positive self-evaluation, self-confidence also means high self-esteem, emotional stability, high self-efficacy and high internality.Perceived social support expectations and evaluation of individuals for social support, social support may be obtained by faith, is an individual feel to be respected in society, to be supported to understand the emotional experience and satisfaction. Perceived social support is a relatively stable class trait characteristics, under the influence of the individual properties, the formation of long-term deal with stressful situations, it is closely linked with the individual’s maturity and coping skills development. The social support, perceived social support on the individual has more practical significance. The concept of burnout from the research on job burnout, used to pointing students to learn there is no interest or lack of power generated by a series of inappropriate avoidance learning behavior of a phenomenon. The specific manifestations of burnout for students to energy depletion, decreased academic enthusiasm, students of indifference and alienation, and negative attitude of the school. Burnout can be divided into a depression, low sense of accomplishment, and misconduct of the three dimensions.Previous studies showed that, the core self-evaluation, comprehension of social support and demographic variables and academic burnout significant correlation, core self-evaluation and comprehension of social support on burnout is a significant negative predictor of role, while the core self-evaluation of the sub-characteristics of self-esteem and general self-efficacy plays an intermediary role between perceived social support and burnout.In this study, self-evaluation on the basis of previous literature on the core concepts, dimensions, measurements, and understand the concept of social support dimensions, measurement methods and the concept of burnout dimensions, measurement methods of the sort, the three the relationship between discussion and analysis of perceived social support through the core self-evaluation of the intermediary variables graduate burnout.In this study, the core self-evaluation Scale, Perceived Social Support Scale, conducted a survey of graduate academic burnout 3 Scale graduate of three universities in Chongqing City. On the basis of the integrated past research, the graduate core self-evaluation, perceived social support, burnout Survey results for statistical analysis, the following conclusions.1.Overall, a graduate burnout is not serious, but still there are 34.74%of the graduate school burnout more serious burnout, indicating that the graduate groups burnout can not be ignored. Burnout there were significant differences in the different gender, different grades, girls have higher burnout, research students have higher learning burnout. Liberal arts students to experience more burnout, graduate burnout in different professions and did not reach significant difference.2.Professional graduate core self-evaluation, significant differences in different grades, gender did not reach significant difference. The core of science students self-evaluation higher than liberal arts students. Core self-evaluation score of a slow upward trend in the year variable, the highest research three male graduate students access to higher core self-evaluation scores, but did not reach significant difference.3.Graduate students perceived social support score in the grade variables reached a significant level of postgraduate third-year students to experience a higher level of social support. This study showed that girls perceived social support score higher than boys graduate of the science class with a higher score than the liberal arts graduate, but did not reach significant difference.4. Graduate core self-evaluation, perceived social support, there is a significant correlation between burnout. Core self-evaluation and burnout was a significant negative correlation between perceived social support and burnout was a significant negative correlation, core self-evaluation and perceived social support was significantly positively correlated.5.Graduate core self-evaluation on burnout has a significant predictor of perceived social support on burnout also a significant predictor.6.Graduate core self-evaluation fully mediated between perceived social support and burnout. Not only perceived social burnout from direct prediction of the role of self-evaluation by the core of burnout from the forecast.
