Analysis on Chinese oral textbooks for Mongolians--take <Situational Conversation> as an exampleThere are lots of parts make the teaching works. Textbook is one of the parts, which is special and important. They carry knowledge and connect teachers and students. The textbooks for teaching foreigners Chinese take more responsibilities than others. Because they are the link between the classroom and the target-language society, are the windows to understand target-language’s national culture, and to be responsible to stimulate students’interest in learning to attract them keep learning. The textbook<Situational Conversation> has many distinctive features and is a rare specialized spoken Chinese textbook for Mongolian learners with high professional and readability. It meets the needs of the international exchanges and has complied with the time development. So I choose it as the object of study, analysis and research about the textbooks for Mongolia-Chinese-teaching.This thesis includes five parts as follows:Chapter1is the introduction. It introduces the reason to select the topic, the significance of the research, and the current situation.Chapter2is the theoretical basis. It introduces the development of Chinese language textbooks for foreigners and the theories of compiling and evaluating to language textbooks.Chapter3is the main part of this thesis, namely, the specific analysis of <Situational Conversation>. In this section, the author contrasts the book <Situational Conversation> with a few popular primary oral Chinese textbooks, and then discusses the advantages and disadvantages of<Situational Conversation> which include topic, vocabulary, exercise and other aspects, to provide reference materials modification.Chapter4is the extension. For the results obtained by this study, the author proposes the proposals about the preparation for Chinese oral textbooks compilation and how to make the conversation materials more in line with the actual. And at the same time, the author proposes more specific modification opinions on the textbook <Situational Conversation>.Chapter5is the conclusion, it summarizes the useful attempt in this paper and pointed out that there are still deficiencies in this study. And I hope to optimize it in future studies to make it more perfect.
