With the continual heating up of “Chinese Fever”, the campaign forinternational education of Chinese learning has launched rapidly all over the world.As a result, more and more people start to learn Chinese. The age of these learnersvaries widely. In recent years, China and South Korea have been in close contactsand cooperated increasingly. The cooperation has extended to the field of educationlittle by little. In2010, the Leading Group Office of Chinese Language Counciland the Board of Education in Busan signed a joint document, which announcedthat China would send26Chinese teachers to go to26primary schools andsecondary schools aiming at teaching Chinese as a foreign language. The thesis isbased on actual case and starts with the analysis of Chinese teaching in primaryschool by using the methods of literature review, field observation, etc. At the sametime, the thesis focuses on the research of classroom teaching design used inelementary school’s Chinese class that is elaborated and illustrated from severalaspects such as teaching objective, teaching content, teaching target, teachingmethod, teaching device and teaching evaluation, together with the discussion of theimportant position and the practical significance of the Chinese teaching design inelementary education.The thesis consists of seven parts.The first part is the introduction. To start with, it explains the reason forchoosing this topic and its significance. Moreover, it introduces the research scope, research object, and research method. Finally, it states the source of data andmaterial.The second part is the literature review. It mainly introduces the relatedtheories concerning the classroom teaching design and some statements put forwardby some domestic and foreign scholars. The author integrates these theories withregards to the instructional design.The third part is the main body of this thesis. Based on the practicalobservation of classroom teaching design that the teacher has ever conducted inGudeok Elementary School in South Korea, the author analyses and elaborates thecontent as well as the elements of the primary school’s classroom teaching design.In addition, the author accounts for the factors that may have an influence onclassroom teaching design for a foreign language.The fourth part mainly introduces the principles of instructional design, andthe choices of teaching methods, finally forms a complete set of design forclassroom teaching.The fifth part, the writer performs an evaluation of the situation of classroomteaching and an introspection with the help of forms.The sixth part concludes the experience. According to these analysis regardingthe classroom teaching design in primary school mentioned above, the writer sumsup the previous experience, sets forth some constructive and instructiverecommendations and provides some reference views for other research projectsrelated to this topic.The last part, the fifth one, is the conclusion. The author sets forward a coupleof higher requirements and has an outlook on the basis of the experimentalconclusion above. The development of the classroom teaching design for Chineseteaching as a foreign language in primary school need an increasingly sophisticated theory and a long-term course of practice, its advancement need more scholars topursue further research and exploration. Besides, the problems found in the processof research will become the source for further study.
