At present, there are so many studies on mental health of middle school studentsand its related factors, such as family, school, peer relationships, and so on. However,most of the studies only review the effect of a single factor, lack research thatdiscussion on the integrated effect of multiple factors on mental health. Taking it intoaccount, this study attempts to explore the relationship between school sense ofcommunity, parent and peer attachment and mental health. Using questionnairemethod, after analysis of the data obtained with the SPSS19.0, this study comes to thefollowing conclusions:1. In paranoid and emotional imbalance, boys’ score is significantly higher thangirls’, at the same time, there is no significant difference in the mental health scoreand other factors.2. The overall level of mental health of the second grade is better than the thirdgrade, and the difference is significant. In anxiety, maladjustment and unbalancedmentality, the score of the third grade is significantly higher than the second grade. Ininterpersonal sensitivity and tension, depression, the third grade is also higher than thesecond grade students, and the difference is extremely significant.3. The total score of sense of school community has no significant differencebetween boys and girls, and no gender differences are found in the score ofdimensions.4. The grade differences of the total score of sense of school community, schoolcommunity and its dimensions are not significant. The classroom community score of the third grade is significantly higher thanthe second grade, at the same time, the classroom social community is also higherthan the second grade and the difference is extremely significant.5. There are not significant gender differences in father attachment, however,girls have higher mother attachment and peer attachment, and the difference isextremely significant.6. In father attachment, mother attachment and peer attachment, gradedifferences are not significant.7. Except for school social community and classroom social community, theoverall level of mental health and sense of school community and its other dimensionsshow extremely significant negative correlation. It shows extremely significantnegative correlation between mental health and attachment. The correlation betweenclassroom social community and father attachment, mother attachment is notsignificant, but with peer attachment is significant, the other dimensions of sense ofschool community and attachment show extremely significant positive correlation.8. Sense of community is the part mediating variables of the attachment and themental health.
